These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Marcze Media UG (limited liability), Marienstraße 15, 12459 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter "Provider") and customers for the purchase of software licenses for the WordPress plugin Insyta Pro and the optional White-Label Addon.
The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is formed upon receipt of the license key and download link by email.
All prices are final prices (B2B only — VAT not charged under German small business regulation § 19 UStG or EU reverse charge). Current prices: Insyta Pro 12 € one-time, Agency 24 € one-time.
Payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer.
Payment processing: Payment is handled by our payment providers Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") and Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). Both act as Merchant of Record and handle complete payment processing, invoicing, and VAT calculation. More information: paddle.com · stripe.com
After payment, the customer receives a license key and download link by email immediately (credit card/PayPal) or after payment receipt (bank transfer, 1–3 business days). The customer expressly agrees to the commencement of contract performance before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges loss of the right of withdrawal upon download.
As Insyta Pro is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of the download (§ 356 para. 5 BGB). The Provider voluntarily offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for technical issues on the Provider's side that cannot be resolved. Contact: support@insyta.io.
Single Site: 1 WordPress installation. Agency: Unlimited installations. Licenses are non-transferable. Reverse engineering to circumvent license restrictions is prohibited.
The White-Label Addon is an optional add-on product that can only be purchased and used in conjunction with an active Agency license (subscription or Lifetime). It constitutes an independent digital product with a separate license and billing cycle.
Clarification: The "Branded Email Reports" (White-Label Reports) feature is part of the Agency license and not part of the White-Label Addon. The addon extends branding to the entire plugin dashboard, menu entries, and admin interface.
Free updates included for the purchased major version. Support via support@insyta.io, response within 1–3 business days (best effort).
The Provider warrants that the plugin functions as described at time of delivery. Warranty period: 12 months (B2B). Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence; limited to foreseeable damage for slight negligence, capped at the net purchase price.
The Provider may use the email address provided at license purchase to inform existing customers about product updates, new features and relevant offers related to Insyta Pro (§ 7 para. 3 UWG). Every email contains an unsubscribe link to opt out at any time, free of charge. Emails are sent directly from the Provider's server — no data is shared with external email services.
